Physiq Fitness

I walked in the gym today not knowing it was only open for 24 hour members when I arrived (afternoon on Labor Day). Despite that, Ryan was more than willing to answer my questions, give me a tour of the gym, and exercise to see how I liked it. After about an hour, I went back to the desk and signed right up. Great people, awesome variety of equipment, and a comfortable place to work out. Very exited to start coming here regularly.

Physiq is a gem that is clean orderly offers a wide variety of equipment. It’s never too full. It’s 24 hours. They have a sauna kids club a cool down room with massage chairs. They offer personal training groups and I personally have been a member of this gym for Almost a year now And I’ve never had any problems with any of the staff in fact, I think Orlando and his team do a fantastic job, bringing the vibes and knowledge to every person that walks through those gym doors Seriously, if you haven’t already give Physiq A try. You might just find your home away from home.

I started working out here when it was still crunch fitness. PHYSIQUE took over and it got 1000x better. I never had an issue waiting for equipment or space. All the employees are nice especially the manger Orlando. The facility is cleaned and maintained well. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been part of the Phoenix metro fitness scene for nearly 30 years and have been a member of several gyms over the years, including Fitness West, Bally's, 24 Hour Fitness, and LA Fitness (where I've been a member for 18 years). Even with all those options, I find myself choosing Physique Fitness in Gilbert most often. What really sets this gym apart is the people. Orlando, Ryan, Ryan H., and Colton are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely take the time to talk with members. They create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable, whether you're a longtime gym-goer or just getting started. The facility itself is excellent. The equipment has been brand new since the transition from Crunch, and the gym is consistently clean and well-maintained. One of our favorite additions is the pickleball courts. It's been great to see the community growing, and I hope that continues. Physique has a true neighborhood gym feel that's hard to find these days. It's easy to get in and out, it's not overly crowded, and the members are friendly and respectful. The overall atmosphere makes you actually want to come to the gym regularly. The relaxation rooms are a nice bonus, and the 24-hour

I had a great first experience at this gym today. I was given a full tour, got in a solid workout, and was also able to enjoy a recovery session afterward. The facilities were very clean, everything was well-organized, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and professional. Colton did an excellent job presenting the gym and explaining everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. Colton was so easy to talk to, that I felt very comfortable telling him my fitness goals and my enthusiasm for coaching my own fitness clients. You can tell the staff, Colton, D-Mo, and Draco really care about creating a quality environment for members. Definitely looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend checking this place out!
